The following is intended to be a resource for bands looking for gigs in the Lehigh Valley PA, Reading PA and Philadelphia PA areas.

UPDATE: As of 2015 this information is pretty much out of date except for Kung Fu Necktie and True Blue.

Jim books independently at Kung Fu Necktie (meaning there are others who also book at KFN), specializing in old school punk, oi and hardcore shows. "I always try to get as many locals on the bill as possible to get them exposure to a wider audience."

Yeah, you can skate (and BMX) at Penn Skate while the bands play on!

Chris Mahmood:

Hannae runs the Secret Art Space. One of the coolest venues Bethlehem PA has ever had (and there have been plenty of cool venues - Wallys, 4Gs etc...)
You can either book your own gig through Hannae or work it out with Reject or GSGA:
"Square of Opposition was started in 2001 by 3 friends who wanted to create something meaningful. Time and location whittled it down to a one-man operation. I owe a great debt to Seth, Ray, every band I have worked with, and every person who has supported me/us/them in anyway. Join in the fun."
"I like to focus on and help drone / electronic / industrial / noise / no wave / psych / electro-acoustic / and improv musicians. anything experimental, strange, interesting, outsider."

Mothers Bar & Grill (21+)
3 Lehns Ct, Easton, PA 18042
True Blue Promotions strives to provide the best shows possible and get as many people as possible to participate. We book mostly hardcore/punk/metal bands, but we are always willing to try to help out different types of bands if possible. Contact us here to get your band booked on a future show or if you are in need of filling a tour date.

Contact Walt regarding other venue opportunities where True Blue Promotions books on a less frequent basis. Walt will also be working with Skip booking and running shows at Jimmy's Place.
